My Story

Dr Peter Ross is a rural generalist GP registrar with a strong commitment to serving regional communities.

 

Peter grew up in Mackay and completed his studies at James Cook University in Townsville and Mackay.

 

He moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2025 after completing his residency in hospitals across Brisbane to pursue a career in general practice.

 

He has special interest in urgent care, paediatrics and supporting the health and development of all patients in rural settings.
