My Story
I completed my medical training at the University of Bristol in the UK in 2011, and then subsequently completed my two post-qualifying years as a foundation doctor in the UK.
I obtained a Diploma in Tropical Medicine prior to working for six months in Ghana. I also obtained an MSc in Medical Microbiology which included working in Vietnam.
I initially worked in Australia from 2015-2017, and ultimately permanently emigrated to Australia in 2019. I lived and worked in Sydney and then Coffs Harbour, before settling on the Sunshine Coast. I live with my partner and 2-year old daughter.
I have a keen interest in a wide variety of specialties, which inspired me train as a rural generalist through the Australian College of Rural & Remote Medicine (ACRRM). I enjoy seeing a variety of patients of all ages, and have completed the Sydney Child Health Program.
I enjoy running and rugby, and try to fly when I can, but I mostly enjoy spending time with my family.
